RETURN PROCESS (Exchange or In-Store Credit Only)

Merchandise may be returned within 7 days from receiving the order, for exchange or store credit only. All merchandise must be returned in NEW CONDITION, which means -- unwashed, unaltered and with the original tags attached, if any. Any merchandise returned with makeup, deodorant, pet hair or the smell of smoke will be refused and returned to you at an additional shipping charge. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN & OPTIONS

  1. If you are local, return to store during store hours.  Address is: 14220 Old Halls Ferry Rd - Suite 100, Florissant, MO  63034  *On the corner of Old Halls Ferry/Highway 67 (Lindbergh) across from the BP and Mobile on the Run.
  2. If you are local and cannot make store hours, you may return smaller items in the mail slot on the front door at any time convenient for you.  All that is needed for the return is the customer name, phone and email.
  3. If the order was shipped to you, it needs to be postmarked to for shipment back to Suzie's by 14th day of receipt of order.

Once a return is processed, you will receive an email receipt documenting the return.   

FINAL SALES  - The following items are not available for refunds, exchanges and/ or store credit: Accessories, Face Masks, Grab Bags, Bathing Suits, Bandeaus, Graphic Tees, Hand Bags, Jewelry, Sunglasses, Eyewear, Scarves, Headbands and Gift Certificates.  SALE and SEASONAL ITEMS are ALWAYS considered FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange.

All Sale Items, Formal Items and All White Items are FINAL Sale!! These items are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

"Sale Items" are considered any items under a "Sale" tab or any items that a Promotional Code was applied to. "Formal Items" can be Gowns, Jumpsuits and/or Formal Suits.

EXCHANGES - We are unable to guarantee the item/size you need will be available once your return is received. Therefore, we highly recommend placing an order for the item/size you would like and returning the other for a full refund, minus the shipping.

 **Exchanges can only be applied once per order. Multiple Exchanges on the same order is not available.** Please contact us if you have sizing questions.

STORE CREDIT - If you prefer store credit instead of an exchange please let us know in your return order and we will be happy to issue you online credit in the amount of the return.

DEFECTIVE - Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective/ incorrect merchandise contact us within 2 days of receipt. No exceptions.

RETURNING - Return shipping is solely the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information for your record. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise while in transit. 
Once your package is received please allow our Returns Department up to five business days for processing. When your return is processed you will receive an email notification with the status of your return.

REFUND - We will refund your purchase amount minus any shipping fees paid, in the form of store credit.

Please be aware that all items must be picked up within 15 days. Any orders not picked up within 15 days will be donated to charity.
